With our current expansion plan to Mainland China, together with our previously successful fine art and contemporary art fairs in Singapore, Russia, Belgium, the Great Britain and the United States of America, we are now hiring the following positions:



Client Relationship Management Associate/Manager 


Responsibilities include:

      • Ensure a unique and cultural client experience during a sale, in and outside the boutique and during special events such as contemporary art fairs.
      • Learn and execute the perfect flow of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop).
      • Propose and develop special orders regularly.
      • Maintain regular contacts with existing and potential clients to the extent of building a durable friendship.
      • Answer client queries with the best of your professional knowledge; oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from exisitng clients.
      • Engage existing and prospect clients with occasional cultural events, luncheons and activities such as book sharing and museum visits, etc.
      • Learn and work with stone suppliers, workshops, designers and auction house specialists to achieve our yearly sale goal.
      • Prepare export documents and brand line sheets.
      • Maintain social media platforms according to brand’s strategic goals. 


To be successful in this role you must:

      • Have 3-5 years sale or CRM experience in art or luxury products
      • Be fluent in Mandarin and English language, reading and writing (test will be given). Simplified Chinese writing capability would be preferred.
      • Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written (frequent communication by emails)
      • Be positive, cheerful and a good team player
      • Understand current and emerging media platforms in Mainland China and their usage from a consumer and business perspective
      • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop

Assistant to Sale and Marketing Director

  

Responsibilities include:

      • Plan, design and execute sale related cultural and social activities for clients and VIPs in Mainland China and overseas.
      • Help ensure a unique and cultural client experience during a sale, in and outside the boutique and during special events such as contemporary art fairs.
      • Learn and understand the perfect flow of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop).
      • Ensure the overall brand strategy is well executed and represented in all sale and marketing functions.
      • Coordinate with various parties to handle commercial, brand management, marketing & PR activities.
      • Work with creative director and product development team to come up with creative product literature, press releases and stunning product images.
      • Prepare quarterly press kits for media worldwide.
      • Prepare and design presentation materials for company’s stakeholders and collaborators.
      • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on both global and Mainland China requirements.
      • Manage and maintain strong working relationship with media, KOL, celebrities and agencies in Greater China to maximize brand exposure.
      • Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned.
      • Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
      • Business travel to China and overseas. 

To be successful in this role you must:

      • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
      • Have at least 4 years experience in an advertising or PR agency, or related field is preferred.
      • Be fluent in Mandarin and English language, reading and writing (test will be given). Simplified Chinese copywriting capability would be preferred.
      • Have excellent communicaton skills – verbal and written
      • Collaborate with colleagues in China and representatives/ PR agencies in Singapore, Russia, Belgium, the UK and the USA.
      • Understand current and emerging media platforms in Mainland China and their usage from a consumer and business perspective
      • Understand how to drive conversations and online word of mouth
      • Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop

 

Preferred background and experience in:

      • Advertising, PR and Event Management
      • Communication in fashion and beauty
      • Communication in fine art or luxury products
